In reality, contractors need to follow up with leads aggressively and quickly.

Responding to a lead within 30 minutes is ideal, and the chances of closing a deal after that amount of time have been shown to drop significantly. Fortunately, contractors can always set up an automatic e-mail response service, thanking the potential client for his or her inquiry and notifying the person that a contractor will follow up within so many hours. From there, following through with that promise can make all the difference in one’s results.
