Below we’ve provided answers to some of the most common questions asked by our contractors. If you have a question not listed on this page, please feel free to contact us.
Home Improvement Leads is a lead generator rather than a lead aggregator. We generate 85% of the leads we sell and the number is rising. Additionally, nearly half of the leads we generate are through paid search, which means the homeowners are actively looking into the project the minute you receive their information.
During the signup process, you will determine the types of leads, filters, and geographic areas you are interested in. After confirming your configuration with an account manager and completing our best-practices focused onboarding call, you are now ready to start receiving real-time leads delivered to your online account and email address. If you ever need to make an adjustment to your account settings, you will have an account manager who you will have direct access to and who can help you with all of your concerns.
Because we have no minimum number of leads to purchase and no long-term commitments, we believe the best way to keep our customers coming back for more leads is to produce a quality product. That’s why the majority of our leads are generated from Google, Bing and other search engines. This is the most effective way to generate high-quality leads from serious home improvement shoppers.
We operate a network of websites where consumers are actively shopping for home improvement request quotes. After submitting a quote request on our website, the prospect is sent an email reminding them they will soon be contacted by an agent. In the meantime, the prospect may be redirected to a trusted partner, where they can browse an instant quote while waiting for your call. This process keeps the prospect occupied and less likely to visit other sites.
To diversify our lead acquisition a small percentage of our leads come from carefully selected partners, all of whom are closely monitored for quality and only approved after a thorough screening process. We do not use or tolerate any incentive-based methods to generate leads.
No, there is no sign up fee. Credit limits for new accounts are determined in a pre-sign up conversation with a regional sales representative. Leads are billed via credit card each week (Friday early AM) for the leads received that week.
We make returning leads a simple, no-hassle process. If you get an invalid lead, you can return it online within 7 days.
Each lead returned for credit will be independently verified to ensure it meets the return criteria. For more detailed information about our return policy, click here.
When you sign up, we ask for a 90 day commitment as we design marketing programs specifically for your company’s success. If at any time after the 90 days you decide that you want to cancel, just email Home Improvement Leads and you will not receive another lead.
Since internet traffic varies, it is difficult to guarantee an exact number of leads per month. However, our agents can generally receive the number they require by expanding or reducing their geographic areas and/or lead types.
Yes, you will determine the number of leads you receive on a weekly basis with the help of a regional sales representative. The minimum number of leads you can sign up for in a week is 20.
Our leads vary in price depending on the type of lead and any filters you may optionally choose.
Please fill out the following form to send us a message and one of our customer service specialists will get back to you as soon as possible.
